Right now, at this very moment, you and I are the generation who live in the most prosperous and opportune time than any other generation before us, and yet many struggle to find their footing in building a life of purpose and fulfillment.<\/p>\n

The pace of life and technology is now faster than ever, which may cause distractions to abound. As a matter of fact, our generation is being labeled as the \u2018broken focus syndrome\u2019 generation.\u00a0Daily routine has become the black hole that swallows up the joy of life out of anything meaningful that we are trying to accomplish.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is where YOU come in \u2013 the 21st Century Leader, and your role in today\u2019s fast paced world is more critical than ever.<\/strong><\/p>\n

When one hears or see the world \u2018LEADER\u2019 it evokes various different responses, and even questions such as \u2018Am I a leader?\u2019\u00a0Society taught us to see a Leader as someone with an important title, a big office, a big bank account, or even someone who leads a big group of people.\u00a0But if you look at the meaning of the word Leader in any good dictionary, the meaning is simple and relevant to EVERY person in every sphere of life: \u2018a Leader is someone who leads!\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

On a daily basis, you and billions of people around the world are leading themselves in the areas of finance, health, career, retirement planning, happiness, life fulfilment, faith, mind-set, daily routine, life plans, heart set, family, personal values, beliefs, dreams, relationships, and so the list goes on and on.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

If you can breathe you are alive, and you not only have the opportunity but you also have the responsibility to show leadership, not only in your work but most importantly in your Personal Life.<\/strong><\/p>\n

21st Century Leadership is a mind-set,<\/strong> a way of operating and constructing your days.<\/p>\n

21st Century Leadership is a way of being in the world.<\/strong> (I think this needs more clarity? My suggestion \u2013 21st Century Leadership is a way of functioning in the world)<\/p>\n

21st Century Leadership is about leading yourself first<\/strong>, and YOU are the audience!<\/p>\n

The 21st Century Leader is someone who creates a life that they cannot wait to live<\/strong> by taking on a definitive Leadership role on a very Personal Level.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The late Myles Munroe said: \u2018The greatest tragedy in life is not death, but life without a reason. It\u2019s dangerous to be alive and not know why you were given life.\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n

Instead of living the life that they want or believe is possible, many people simply settle for and live the life they are given.<\/p>\n

Two-thirds of Americans are unhappy with their lives, and the question is why?\u00a0<\/strong>I believe it\u2019s because after going to school and having all kinds of tertiary education thereafter, we have predominantly learned how to pursue careers.<\/p>\n

And of all the many things that we learn throughout our lives, rarely do we get the know-how on how to LEAD A GREAT LIFE. \u00a0Life is not a dress rehearsal and this is not a drill.<\/p>\n

Your life \u2013 my life, comes down to this moment where we ask ourselves only one question \u2026 Are we merely busy making a living, or are we making a LIFE?<\/p>\n

And we are the Leaders who set the pace on either side of those two spectrums on a daily basis!\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
